Call the office (502) 618-3535. If it is after office hours, weekend or holiday, you will be patched through to the physician’s personal mobile phone.
IF YOU HAVE A NON-URGENT MEDICAL QUESTION:
Choose an option that best suits your needs.
- You may call the office (502) 618-3535 and leave a message that will be returned same day, OR
- You may make an appointment to be seen in the office, OR
- Members will receive the physician’s personal e-mail address. Every effort will be made to address e-mail questions within 2-3 business days. Patients are cautioned that communication via e-mail is not encrypted and may not be totally secure.
Your concierge physician is available to you 24/7. Please make every effort to reserve after hours phone calls for urgencies or emergencies. Administrative needs and refills should be conducted during routine office hours. Thank you!
